Unit or House Deep Cleaning including Carpet Shampoo

$269 for a one-bedroom unit or house
$299 for a two-bedroom unit or house
$329 for a three-bedroom unit or house
$359 for a four-bedroom unit or house
$389 for a five-bedroom unit or house
Steps not included in carpet cleaning but can be done for an additional $10 – $30 for whole steps. Includes one bathroom. Extra bathrooms will be up to $35. Spring cleaning and carpet cleaning valid for standard-size rooms, bigger rooms may incur additional charges. Rooms must have all furniture and contents moved out of room prior to carpet shampoo, a surcharge may apply for removal/movement of content or time taken to wait for removal after arrival. Parking charges may apply if parking is not available on your property.

$219 for a Carpet Shampoo (Four-Bedroom Unit or House)
$239 for a Carpet Shampoo (Five-Bedroom Unit or House)
$149 for a Upholstery Shampoo (Two – Three Seater incl. Two Chairs & Four Dining Chairs
$179 for a Upholstery Shampoo (Four – Six Seater incl. Two Chairs & up to Eight Dining Chairs)
Valid for shampoo carpet clean only. Does not include stain removal. Valid only for the size specified.
